About Our Programme
Candidates are advised to take the BPSC Personality Test (or Interview) very seriously. The Personality Test is the final stage of the BPSC Civil Services Examination. The marks obtained here determine the final rank and, therefore, the service allocation of the candidate. As such, it is crucial to score as high as possible. The Interview Guidance Programme of Catalyst IAS prepares candidates thoroughly for the BPSC Personality Test.
Our programme adheres to the observations of the Kothari Committee, constituted by the BPSC, which lists the qualities that should be rated in the personality test: Clarity of expression; Grasp of narrative and argument; Reasoning ability; Appreciation of different points of view; Awareness and concern for socioeconomic problems; and Range and depth of interests and personal attributes relevant to interaction with people.
Our Panel will, therefore, rate the candidates on the above-mentioned qualities in the Personality Test.
