Explosions were reported in Beirut and other parts of Lebanon in an apparent second wave of detonations of electronic devices. At least 14 persons were killed and 450 people wounded when walkie-talkies and even solar equipment blew up, a day after hundreds of pagers exploded, in an attack blamed on Israel
