Why in the news?

The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, arrived in New Delhi as he kick-started a two-day maiden visit to India to boost bilateral ties on a range of areas, including energy and connectivity, amid escalating tensions in West Asia.

About Abu Dhabi:

It is the capital city of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
It is the UAE\'s second-most populous city after Dubai.
It is located on an island in the Persian Gulf, off the Central West Coast.
